Shipping policy

At Saint Bloom, we offer both fresh and faux floral pieces, each with their own preparation and delivery timeline. Please see below for details on delivery, pickup, and shipping.

Fresh Arrangements

Fresh arrangements are available for next-day hand delivery within our local delivery suburbs, or free next-day pickup from our studio. Each piece is prepared using fresh seasonal blooms, so we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure availability.

Faux Arrangements & Faux Stems

Faux arrangements and faux stems are made to order. Once your piece has been carefully prepared, it will be available for free pickup from our store, or shipped via Australia Post.

Standard Australia Post shipping generally takes 2–3 business days within Queensland, and 3–6 business days for interstate deliveries, in addition to our preparation time. Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary due to location, public holidays, or unforeseen delays outside our control.

If you need flowers same-day or your timeline doesn't fit our usual preparation windows, please don't wait on a shipping or delivery order — come straight into our floral shop. We're always happy to put something beautiful together for you on the spot, subject to availability.
